Free shipping applies to all New Zealand orders over $100- excluding surfboards and oversize items. Rural addresses will be charged $7.00 for the Rural fee.
New Zealand orders under $100- are subject to a $9 courier fee. Rural addresses will be charged $7- extra.
Please allow 2 – 4 working days to receive your order. Oversized or South Island orders could take longer. Please note if orders are placed on the weekends and public holidays the delivery may be delayed.
Please provide a physical street address as we do not deliver to a PO Box. Orders will need to be signed for so please make sure it is an address you will be at during working hours.
Once items are collected by the courier company they become the responsibility of the customer.
We will do our best to locate any missing packages.
We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping details supplied to us.
We currently do not ship overseas.
All items will be shipped using Fastway Couriers or New Zealand Couriers. Track and trace numbers will be provided.
Some oversize items (such as bodyboards, complete skateboards, luggage and board bags) cannot be sent with our normal courier service and will therefore won't qualify for free shipping. There may be a charge for these items so please get in contact to confirm shipping before purchasing.

*Surfboards cannot be delivered to rural areas.
There must be someone available to sign for surfboard deliveries. Surfboards are large, fragile items and extra care is taken when packed. Damage is rare but if something goes wrong we will attempt to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Surfboards aren’t insured against damage in transit, however there MUST be someone available to sign for it, noting any damage. Deliveries are weekdays only.
Return freight charges are not covered by Boardzone, however there is no additional charges on replacement items over $70 (excluding surfboards). Note: If you have been sent the wrong item in error, we will arrange free return freight. Please contact us as soon as possible.
