All prices are listed in NZ Dollars inclusive of GST.
Boardzone Surf Co is a small store, so our instore and online customers are shopping from the same stock. If an item is purchased in our physical store at the same time an online order is placed, then the online order may be unfortunately unavailable. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Delivery times are estimates only. Once collected by the courier, items become the responsibility of the customer. Boardzone Surf Co is not responsible for missing or damaged packages or any incorrect shipping details supplied to us, although we will provide any information needed to locate the package. All warranty and faulty goods claims are subject to assessment from the supplier who may choose to repair, replace, or credit any items proven to be faulty. Boardzone Surf Co is more than happy to facilitate your claim, however the outcome is ultimately decided by the supplier. Please see our Returns page for more information.
Gift Cards are issued in NZ Dollars only, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase further gift cards. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Change will not be given on gift cards and any balance will remain on the card.
Orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please allow 2- 5 working days. These are estimates only.
